During the meeting, it turned out that the situation regarding the possible closure of the school is acute in the community and causes many misunderstandings between the villagers and the authorities.
The meeting discussed many issues related to the current legislation of Ukraine, the issue of subventions from the state budget, expenditures of the community budget for the maintenance and functioning of the school, the issue of effective spending of budget funds, the necessary number of students for the school to function, the need for investment attractiveness of the development of the village, which belongs to the resort area, and others.
Based on the results of the dialogue, separate issues were identified regarding the possibilities of interaction between society and the authorities, which require a separate expert meeting.
They also expressed the need for an additional meeting of the community and local authorities regarding misunderstandings in the receipt of subventions and calculation formulas for subvention amounts from the state budget, which cause doubts and distrust among the community and the authorities.
The participants of the dialogue meeting expressed their gratitude for holding the meeting in the format of a dialogue, which made it possible to hear each other and direct everyone's efforts in the direction of finding options for preserving the school.
The participants of the meeting and the intermediaries of GISMAOVC planned further steps of interaction and organization of separate additional expert and dialogue meetings.
