The estate of landowner A. Bantysh is located in the village of Prelesnoye, Cherkasskoye village, Donetsk region. The estate is registered as a children's health resort «Prelesne» on the balance sheet of the production division «Limanskoe Territorial Administration» of the branch «Center for construction and installation works and operation of buildings and structures of JSC „Ukrainian railway“. Prior to this meeting, the GISMAOVC mediators held two dialogue meetings with all parties to the conflict regarding the possibility and procedure for transferring the property complex of the estate of landowner A. Bantysh from state to municipal ownership.
At the expert meeting, one of the coordinators of the GISMAOVK cluster presented the „methodology of interaction between the public and local self-government bodies to form a concept for further use of the object and achieving public interests“ formed on the basis of their own experience. The participants of the expert meeting received an algorithm of interaction with the public for independent implementation and formation of the concept of using the property complex of the estate of landowner A. Bantysh in the village of Prelesnoye in order to achieve the public interests of the community.
The second part of the meeting was devoted to the possibilities of tourist development of the estate of landowner A. Bantysh in the village of Prelesnoye. Yana Sinitsa, an expert on tourism development, shared her own experience in organizing tourism activities and noted that the issues of Tourism Development in the community need to be studied and implemented comprehensively. Taking into account not only the property complex, but also historical facts, human resources, other pearls of groamda, the region and the region as a whole, to form a tourist magnet.
The participants of the meeting exchanged contacts, drew attention to the fact that the meeting was held very fruitfully and they are ready to gradually implement the information, algorithms and experience received in the community in order to preserve and develop the estate of landowner A. Bantysh. Yaroslav Batan, head of the Department of culture and tourism of Cherkasy TG, noted that the obtained algorithm of working with the public will allow us to comprehensively study the views and understanding of the community regarding the further use of the estate for public interests and the formation of a development concept.
The dialogue meeting was held in an online format by GISMAOVC mediators within the framework of the UN program for the restoration and development of peace.
