Competition "Partner Communities for Cooperation in Creating Mechanisms of Interaction with GISMAECR Specialists"
Contest goal: select six communities for the development of interaction and creation of cooperation mechanisms with specialists of the Geoinformation system for monitoring, analysis, assessment and conflict resolution (GISMAOVC) during December 2021 – April 2022." Who will cooperate with monitors, analysts, consultants, intermediaries and experts of the GISMAOVK network https://dialog-ua.org/ and if necessary, with the help of dialogue and other approaches, the partnership will be able to process at least 12 conflict cases.
The following documents can be submitted for participation in the contest: communities of all types of territorial affiliation from Donetsk and Luhansk regions (rural, settlement, urban type, AHS, districts, etc.). To participate in the contest, we acceptapplication formswith appendices, and the necessary documentation in accordance with the terms of this competition.
Contest Conditions — submission for participation in this competition is carried out in accordance with the required following documents:
- Application form according to the attached form ( in which all sections must be filled in)
- Letter of guarantee of readiness to cooperate within the framework of the GISMAOVC work methodology https://dialog-ua.org/.
- A letter of interest from a local NGO about its readiness to cooperate with GISMAOVC specialists in the community.
Competitive project applications-questionnaires will be evaluated by a specially created Competition Commission among the representatives of the partners-organizers of the competition-NGO «Foundation» space " and expert mentors and specialists working within the framework of the grant project of the foundation «introduction of innovative mechanisms of GISMAOVC at the community level» (implemented within the framework of the UN program for the restoration and development of peace with the financial support of the governments of Denmark, Switzerland and Sweden, announces a competition among the communities of Luhansk and Donetsk regions for the development of a system partnership with the network of specialists of GISMAOVC), the task of which:
- create equal conditions for submitting applications for Contest participants;
- conduct an expert assessment of the application forms submitted to the competition in accordance with the criteria of the competition regulations and reject participants who do not meet the competition requirements or were submitted to the competition only formally;
- select up to 6 communities within the competition and issue a decision of the Competition Commission;
- notify the contest participants about the decision of the contest Commission via the websites of the contest organizers and partners: https://dialog-ua.org/ and https://ndo.lg.ua/ .
The assessment will consist of:
- Expert assessment of the members of the Competition Commission, which consists of a comprehensive assessment of the materials sent to the competition.
- Justification of interest in participating in the Project competition.
- Availability of all the necessary conditions stated in the contest terms and Conditions.
Evaluation points will form a rating list, according to which the first communities that receive the highest number of points will become Project participants.

Winners who took the first places in the overall rating by points and are invited to cooperate receive a message to the email addresses from which they sent their documents for the contest.

Event Conference of partners of the Geoinformation system for monitoring, analysis and Conflict Resolution «do communities need dialogue and how to work professionally with conflicts: the experience of GISMAOVC specialists and partners» organized by the NGO «Prostir foundation „within the framework of the UN program for the restoration and development of peace with financial support from the European Union.
