The target audience of the event is Representatives of local self-government bodies and the public of communities of Donetsk and Luhansk regions who have experience in cooperation and are interested in cooperation with specialists of the Ministry for the reintegration of temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine and specialists of GISMAOVK.
Task:
- development of social cohesion through the introduction of methods of dealing with conflicts;
- demonstration of methods and practices for analyzing conflicts and developing a response system for them;
- demonstration of conflict resolution practices in a peaceful way through the organization of Group dialogue processes;
- start of a systematic partnership of GISMAOVC specialists with communities using tools and methodologies related to conflict transformation;
- popularization of the achievements of the Ministry of reintegration of temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine and the network of specialists of gismaovk.
Expected results:
- inform partners about the tools and methods of working on Conflict Transformation and dialogue building;
- spread the experience and tools of interaction with the network of GISMAOVK specialists;
- attract new partners to implement GISMAOVC mechanisms at the community level;
- discuss community adaptation of guidelines for assessing the risks of conflict in communities that have been adversely affected by armed conflict, and research on indicators and their implementation.
Target groups of the event: representatives of the Ministry for the reintegration of temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine, specialists-practitioners of GISMAOVK and representatives of communities from among local self-government bodies and public organizations, members of the Advisory Council on social unity under the UN program for the restoration and development of peace, working in the field of improving the level of culture of dialogue, peacekeeping and inclusive processes in the eastern regions of Ukraine.
