Dealing with conflicts at the community level is already becoming a daily job for officials

These guidelines are recommended to be used as an auxiliary tool when dealing with conflicts that arise in a local government body, including for preventing, detecting and resolving conflicts, reducing and / or eliminating conflict tension between local government officials, other employees of a local government body (hereinafter referred to as employees of a local government body).

Methodological recommendations are designed to provide methodological assistance to village, settlement, city heads, heads of district, district in the city, regional councils, business managers (secretaries) of executive committees, business managers of executive apparatuses, heads of departments, departments and other executive bodies of the council, employees of a structural division for personnel or a specialist for personnel of a local government body, local government officials, as well as other employees of a local government body regarding their actions in case of interpersonal conflicts during the performance of their official duties, as well as to reduce tension in the team improving the efficiency and productivity of the local self-government body in the implementation of its tasks and functions, creating a favorable organizational and psychological climate in the team.
