The Ukrainian public was acquainted with the work GISMAECR

Team GISMAЕCR and representatives of UN recovery and peace-building, participated as speakers at the Forum «Life on the edge of the world. Public initiatives are changing the life of the Ukrainian communities», which was held on 11-12 November 2020.

The forum is an international platform for discussing the key challenges and opportunities facing active citizens, civil society organizations, local governments and the state as a whole. The armed conflict in Eastern Ukraine, epidemic, economic downturn, lack of trust in state institutions — these are the challenges we had to face in recent years. These challenges, civil society has responded with flexibility, mutual aid and solidarity.
