A dialogue meeting on mapping GISMAECR took place in Slov`yansk

In particular, they jointly discussed the state of a number of problematic issues, such as:

* protests of residents of the city of Slavyansk against disconnecting boiler houses from gas supply;
* mass protests against the increase in tariffs for gas, water supply, electricity, transportation of gas and heat energy in Slavyansk;
* destruction of historical structures of the Slavyansk region;
* transport problem due to highway closures;
* ecological problem of shallowing lakes in the city of Slavyansk;
* the problem of stray animals.

Representatives of the Department of Housing and communal services of the Slavyansk City Council drew attention to the fact that on the official website of the Slavyansk City Council www.slavrada.gov.ua/ residents are covered and informed about current issues of the city. It was noted that the mayor met with residents to discuss the issue of raising tariffs. The city government of Slavyansk sent an appeal to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine and the National Energy Regulatory Commission regarding the increase in utility tariffs. At the initiative of the president of Ukraine, a memorandum of understanding was signed on the settlement of problematic issues in the field of centralized Heat Supply and hot water supply dated 09.02.2021 www.slavrada.gov.ua/?view=news&newsID=27691&word=%F2%E5%EF%EB%EE%EF%EE%F1%F2%E0%F7%E0%ED%ED%FF. Preparations for the next heating season are currently underway.
The head of the Department of transport and communications of the Slavyansk City Council noted that the issue of the problem of transport links due to the closure of the highway is currently being resolved. A tender was held for major repairs of the reinforced concrete bridge over the Kazenny Torets River on Svobody Street, ordered by the Donetsk regional state administration. On June 28, 2021, repair work began on the bridge over the Kazenny Torets River.
A specialist of the Department of Ecology and natural resources of the Slavyansk City Council noted that the problem of homeless animals is relevant in the city. Problematic aspects were discussed, including the lack of appropriate facilities for proper animal husbandry. Gismaovc intermediaries invited the authorized representative to take part in the online conference «the problem of stray animals in the Luhansk and Donetsk regions», which is organized by GISMAOVC intermediaries in order to exchange experience.
Following the meeting, the intermediaries of GISMAOVK plan a more detailed analysis of the issue of destruction of historical structures of the Slavyansk region, namely the dormitory of the chemical and mechanical technical school.
Authorized representatives of the Slavyansk City Council expressed their readiness for further cooperation in a dialogue format on problematic issues in order to find common solutions.
