The next dialogue meeting of GISMAECR mediators took place in Lysychansk

The first part of the meeting was devoted to discussing with the management and relevant departments of the Lisichansk CAA the results of the previous dialogue meeting, which was devoted to discussing the situation with public transport and the prospects for creating a barrier-free environment in the transport industry of the city of Lisichansk. We discussed and prepared the text of a letter of appeal to international institutions for assistance in resolving this issue. First of all, we decided to appeal to the leadership of the UN program for the restoration and development of peace. 

The second part of the meeting was aimed at the situation related to the closure of the Kolosok kindergarten in Lisichansk.  

The discussions were attended by: Head of the Lisichansk CAA Alexander Zaika, general director of JSC «Lisichanskugol» Yuri Lasikov, representatives of the relevant departments of the Lisichansk CAA.

During the meeting, questions of the importance, complexity and duration of this issue were noted. It was noted that after the closure of the Kolosok kindergarten, all children whose parents applied to the city Department of education were transferred to other preschool educational institutions, and teachers were offered jobs in other institutions. 

Discussions on this complex issue continued at the event.  However, the parties agreed that this situation does not have a negative impact on the social component of the process. 

In addition, analytical data on the number of places in kindergartens, the child birth rate in the city over the past three years and forecasts regarding the prospects for the demographic picture for the following years were presented. It should be noted that as of 02.09.2021, there are 1,732 children and there are 1,740 places for them in the relevant institutions. 

At the initiative of Alexander Zaika, in the summer of 2021, for the convenience of residents, another group was opened in the preschool institution «Thumbelina», which is located in the Central District of the city. 

During the dialogue meeting, the participants identified responsible persons for further resolving the issue of the possible transfer of the Kolosok Dow building to the balance sheet of the Lisichansk CAA, regulating relevant legal and administrative issues.
