Dialogue meeting to discuss problematic issues addressed to GISMAECR took place in Severodonetsk

The meeting discussed the problematic situations of the city of Severodonetsk, which were mapped on the GISMAOVK platform.
In particular, they jointly discussed the state and relevance of problematic issues in the housing and communal services, transport,social and budgetary spheres, namely::
- Problem with pruning trees in Severodonetsk
- Cancellation of the bus flight at 7.20 am to Severodonetsk
- Problems of residents of Sirotino village affected by fires
- Budgeting of Severodonetsk MTG
- Aggravation of the language conflict in Severodonetsk. Dissatisfaction of some residents with the project «detailed plan of the territory of 81 microdistricts of the city of Severodonetsk» (deforestation for the construction of a regional hospital).
- Concern about the possible closure of women's consultation # 1 During the meeting, it was found out that the city authorities have already solved a number of problems and covered them on the official website of the city, however, attention was paid to each situation during the discussion and comments on the current state were provided.
To solve the problem of pruning trees and maintaining green spaces and situations with the state of lakes Parkovoe and Chistoe, as well as adjacent territoriesiand, it was the «City target program for the conservation and renewal of green spaces in Severodonetsk for 2021» and the program «maintenance of lakes in Severodonetsk for 2021» were approved, which are being implemented. In addition, Public Utilities constantly clean up the surrounding areas, clean up lakes and maintain the water level. It was also noted that improvement inspectors impose fines for deliberately littering these territories and it would be good if citizens did not leave garbage after the rest. In order to increase personal responsibility, the city authorities will support any measures aimed at calling for cleanliness in the adjacent territories of lakes.
During the discussion, special attention was paid to the issue of the problems of residents of the village of Sirotino, which arose as a result of last year's fires, and it was noted that today, most of the issues have already been resolved, while active work continues on the rest. Residents are provided with assistance within the competence of the local government and this situation is under the personal control of the head of the Severodonetsk city CAA – Stryuk Alexander Sergeevich. The head of the Severodonetsk city CAA Alexander Stryuk and his deputy Tatyana Verkhovskaya held a meeting with residents of Sirotino in June 2021. In addition, in July, additionally, at the expense of the local budget, funds were allocated for transportation of children from the village of Sirotino, which suffered as a result of fires, for health improvement and recreation in the village of Belye Oslavy, Ivano-Frankivsk region, in the amount of UAH 100,000.
About Budain Severodonetsk regional LiCarneyit was noted thatan area that has the appropriate infrastructureand ability to connect to utility networksit was transferred to the subordination of the log. Near this territory there are public transport routes, which will allow residents of the city and region to conveniently get to the hospital.

Regarding deforestation for the construction of a hospital, it was noted that the majority of residents support and understand the need to build a regional hospital, which is extremely relevant both for the citizens of Severodonetsk and for residents of the entire Luhansk region.
They also discussed the position of opponents of building a hospital on this territory and noted the importance of interaction in society between residents and the authorities.
In the future, if necessary, representatives of the CAA expressed their readiness for further cooperation in a dialogue format with the public on this situation, with the participation of representatives of the Luhansk regional state administration.
