The estate in question is considered as a children's health resort «Prelesne» on the balance sheet of the production division «Limanskoe Territorial Administration» of the branch «Center for construction and installation works and operation of buildings and structures of JSC „Ukrainian railway“.

Representatives of the balance holder of the branch „Center for construction and installation works and operation of buildings and structures“ JSC „Ukrainian railway“ noted that they do not object to the transfer of the estate of landowner A. Bantysh to the balance of Cherkasy AH. At the same time, it was noted that there is a corresponding procedure provided for by the current legislation, the decision is made by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine. For our part, we are ready to provide the necessary information and documents, and cooperate in the procedure for transferring state property to communal ownership.
Chairman of the Cherkasy village council Golovash Andrey Viktorovich and head of the Department of culture and tourism of the Cherkasy village council Batan Yaroslav Vladimirovich noted that the Cherkasy ah is interested in obtaining communal ownership of the estate of the landowner A. Bantysh in the village of Prelesnoye, are ready to take an active part in the preparation of necessary requests, documents provided for by the current legislation, and have an appropriate action plan for the preservation and restoration of the estate.
The parties discussed the necessary steps, requests to start the procedure for initiating the re-registration of the estate of landowner A. Bantysh in the village of Prelesne from state to municipal ownership, and also drew attention to the need to involve gismaovk intermediaries in this process and organize the next dialogue meeting.
All participants of the dialogue meeting noted the positive dynamics of the dialogue and noted that the meeting was constructive and interesting.
