Dialogue meeting to discuss problems mapped to GISMAECR took place in Happiness

The meeting was held with the participation of Deputy Head of the Shchastinsky city CAA – Svetlana Klimkova, Chief Specialist of the Information Policy Department — Victoria Nevtsvailo, chief specialist for City Improvement and ecology of the Department of Housing and communal services, improvement and ecology-Artem Kasimov, Chief Specialist of the Department of Education, Culture, Youth and sports — Tatyana Makogon.

The meeting discussed problematic situations, problematic issues of the Shchastya city military-civil administration of the Shchastya District of the Luhansk region, which were discussed on the GISMAOVK platform.

In particular, we jointly discussed the state, relevance and possible ways to solve the following problematic issues: :

• The problem of lack of food in the School of the village of Petropavlovsk.
• Pollution of Tsvetochnoye Lake in the city of Shchastya.
• The problem of unfinished buildings in the city of happiness.
• The problem of lack of teachers in a number of subjects in educational institutions of some localities near the contact line.
• The problem of lack of transport links between the village of Petropavlovsk and the village of Voitovo and the district center of Shchastya.
• Lack of premises for providing medical hospital care to residents of the community. S. Voitovo.

During the meeting, it was found out that the city authorities have already carried out work on problematic issues, in particular on the establishment of nutrition in the School of the village of Petropavlovsk, the issue has already been resolved. Regarding the problem of unfinished construction, local authorities have taken all necessary measures to ensure the safety of residents, namely, the territory is constantly patrolled, explanatory work is being carried out with schoolchildren, and so on.

The issue of accepting premises for providing medical hospital care to residents of the Voitovo village community is being slowly resolved, but due to the long duration of the processes, as noted at the meeting, it will be resolved in the fall.

To solve the problem of pollution of Lake Tsvetochnoye, in the spring of 2021, cleaning was carried out and now work is underway to cut down reeds with human resources, due to the inability to attract equipment due to the natural features of the pond.

To solve the problem of the lack of transport links between the village of Petropavlovsk and the village of Voitovo and the district center of Shchastya, it was noted that today only shuttle buses run along this route, while local authorities have plans to create their own bus station and fleet in the future.  

Also, the meeting expressed readiness for further cooperation with gismaovc intermediaries on the state of roads in this area in order to receive expert assistance on ways to resolve the issue, existing programs of state or regional significance, or attract other forms of financing.

Following the meeting, gismaovc intermediaries plan a more detailed analysis of the situation in attracting teachers in physics and computer science to the city's schools.
