On August 19, 2021, a meeting of GISMAECR mediators with the management and representatives of Novoaidar OTG took place

Namely, as for such issues as:

• Regarding the closure of schools in the Novoaydar community due to inappropriate fire-fighting equipment.
• Regarding the consequences of the natural disaster in the Novoaydarsky district, which occurred in May 2020.
• Regarding the long-term reconstruction of the central square of the village of Novoaydar.
• Regarding the removal and disposal of garbage in the Novoaydar community.

The novoaydar settlement territorial community has developed a strategic program of socio-economic development to address community issues, which, among other things, provides for the construction of a second-stage solid waste landfill to address the issue of garbage removal and disposal in the Novoaydar community

Regarding the long-term reconstruction of the central square of the village of Novoaydar, it was noted that this issue is relevant, but not acute, repair work and improvement of the Square are constantly being carried out. Today, 100% paving slabs are laid out, green spaces are planted, and so on.

Also, during the meeting, the consequences of a natural disaster (a natural emergency (strong gusts of wind, heavy rain and hail)) that occurred in May 2020 in the Novoaydarsky district were discussed. It was found out that the consequences caused by a natural disaster, such as broken windows, demolished the roof of a school and Cultural Center, and the restoration of power lines was eliminated promptly. A little later, the asphalt surface of the road to the village of Oleksievka was restored.

The most pressing issue of the dialogue meeting was the discussion of the situation "Regarding the closure of schools in the Novoaydar community due to inappropriate fire-fighting equipment«During the meeting, it was found out that by a court decision, 10 educational institutions of the community, including kindergartens, were closed until the violations of fire and man-made safety were completely eliminated. The community has carried out a significant amount of work to eliminate violations, but measures related to providing external water supply facilities cannot be carried out today, not only due to high financial costs, but also due to the long duration of work.

Also, on August 19, 2021, during the session of the village council, a decision was made „on approval of the fire safety program in the territory of the Novoaydar settlement territorial community“.

The leadership of the Novoaydar settlement territorial community expressed readiness for further cooperation in a dialogue format to find possible solutions to close schools in the Novoaydar community due to inappropriate fire-fighting equipment and discussed the possibility of providing expert assistance as part of the work of the network of intermediaries GISMAOVK.
