On August 27, 2021, a dialogue meeting of GISMAECR mediators with representatives of Svyatogorsk City Council took place

The parties were the first to discuss the issue of closing the Lastochka kindergarten No. 18 in Svyatogorsk. The participants noted that the issue is relevant, due to the contractor's late implementation of the reconstruction of the kindergarten and, accordingly, the extension of the Reconstruction period of the building. They noted that a meeting with the contractor is planned in the near future to resolve this issue.

Regarding the second question, the authorized representatives of the Svyatogorsk City Council indicated that the decision of the Svyatogorsk City Council of 21.07.2021 № 257-XII-8 approved the regulation on the Working Group on the assessment of the planned activities of LLC «Nadra Yuzovskaya» on the territory of Svyatogorsk TG" the Permanent Commission of the Svyatogorsk City Council on land use, architecture, construction, ecology and Environmental Protection, agro-industrial development, housing and communal services, improvement, transport and communications, management of communal property, and the decision svyatogorsk City Council No. 258-XII-8 dated 21.07.2021 «on the establishment of a temporary control commission to assess the planned activities of NADRA yuzovskaya LLC in the territory of the svyatogorsk territorial community». Following the meeting, gismaovc intermediaries plan a more detailed analysis and exchange of information between participants regarding the reconstruction/closure of the Lastochka kindergarten No. 18 in Svyatogorsk.

Authorized representatives of the Svyatogorsk City Council expressed their readiness for further cooperation with the intermediaries of GISMAOVK on problematic issues in order to find common solutions.

The online dialogue meeting was held by GISMAOVC mediators within the framework of the United Nations peace reconstruction and Development Program.
