Working meetings of GISMAECR mediators in Novayadar community

At the working meetings, nasttspni issues were worked out.

1.the issue of attracting international organizations to solve fire safety issues in educational institutions of the Novoaydar community was worked out, according to which it was found out that specialists of the Novoaydar settlement territorial community already have experience in participating in grant competitions and successfully implement grant projects in the community. However, to resolve the issue of purchasing equipment in terms of eliminating violations of the requirements of legislation in the field of fire and man-made hazards, it requires a significant amount of funding, which is not provided for by existing grant competitions. We are talking about several million hryvnias. In accordance with this, we decided to continue further cooperation in writing letters of assistance to international organizations for 2022.

2. an information certificate is provided that highlights the plans of the state authorities to find possible ways to solve the problem of closing schools due to inappropriate fire-fighting equipment for 2022, in accordance with the issues discussed at the meeting that took place on August 26 in the Ministry of internal affairs of Ukraine, a meeting of officials with representatives of local self-government was held on issues of safety in communities. During the meeting, one of the issues discussed was the issue of checking fire safety in educational institutions. The state budget for 2022 should include a special subvention to cover the expenses of communities in the field of fire safety. The Association of cities of Ukraine submitted proposals to the Ministry of Finance regarding the provision of subventions for fire prevention measures in educational institutions and submitted this issue for Budget consultations. The state emergency service supported this proposal of the Association. A permanent Coordination Group will be set up to promptly resolve issues in cooperation with local self-government bodies.

Authorized representatives of the Novoaydar settlement territorial community expressed their readiness for further cooperation with the intermediaries of GISMAOVK on problematic issues in order to find common solutions.
