The problems of reconstruction of the Palace of culture "Ukraine" city Thoracic

In the fighting in the frontline city of Thoracic was heavily damaged Palace of Culture "Ukraine". This is a very large building, the main concert hall has 900 seats and a stage that rotates and the orchestra pit. Also in this building there are a few dance halls , workshops, wrestling gym, a billiard room, a winter garden(orangery) and a bar. At the moment, already replaced some Windows with new ones and restored the heating system. Unfortunately, the entire project of reconstruction is impossible for the money city, and many areas of the building, which was damaged by shelling are in need of restoration.
