The authors stressed the need for the construction of the plant and its benefit to the ecology of the region. Others noted that it is "empty promises", justifying the experience of other regions of the country. They noted that in the more developed areas do not build recycling plants, despite their profitability. But a large number of residents of the community Lisichansk outraged by the news. It was also focused on the lack of lines for waste sorting.
Negative experience for residents of areas close to existing plants for waste recycling. It was observed that these plants are "awful smell".
It should be noted that in the comments on Facebook are observed attacks of conflict between the residents of Severodonetsk and Lisichansk. The latter insisted that the plant was built in the regional center. According to them this will significantly reduce the number of supporters of the construction of the plant.
Під час діалогової зустрічі посередників ГІСМАОВК з керівництвом Управління житлово-комунального господарства Лисичанської міської ВЦА, та представниками комунальних підприємств м. Лисичанськ, що відбулась 03 вересня 2021 року, обговорили ситуацію щодо предконфлікту мешканців Лисичанську з місцевою владою з приводу будівництва заводу по переробці сміття
В ході зустрічі, представниками місцевої влади, було зазначено, що відповідно до розробленої моделі розвитку Лисичанська, ця зона визначена як територія промислових і виробничих підприємств, територія кар'єрів. Дане питання знаходиться лише на стадії оцінці впливу на довкілля. Також було зазначено, що від мешканців міста, на адресу місцевої влади м. Лисичанська, стосовно цього питання, офіційних скарг не надходило. Детальна інформація щодо цієї ділянки міститься в повідомленні щодо планової діяльності, яка підлягає оцінці впливу на довкілля. Питання будівництва заводу, на даний момент, знаходиться лише на стадії розгляду і ще не було офіційних заяв щодо строків початку будівництва. Існує лише анонс планів на будівництво та попередня інформація стосовно варіантів розташування майбутнього будівництва заводу, які відповідають всім необхідним вимогам. Також був поставлений акцент на тому, що від населення на адрес місцевої влади м. Лисичанська, стосовно цього питання, не надходило безпосередніх офіційних скарг ні в якій формі. І в разі появи офіційної інформації, щодо будівництва заводу по переробці сміття, вона буде одразу висвітлена на сайті Лисичанської ВЦА.
Також, було з’ясовано, що наразі конфлікту з місцевим населенням в цьому питання немає. Адміністрація міста зазначила, що контролює надходження нової інформації з будівництва заводу та, в разі її надходження, населення буде мати можливість дізнається про це з офіційного сайту Лисичанської ВЦА.
