However, it should be noted that the network on November 19 published news that the issues of repairing the roofs of apartment buildings in the budget for 2021 are not taken into account. And the housing and utilities department was objected to not including this important issue in the draft budget. A list of addresses of houses in need of repairs and the necessary amounts was added to the request to allocate funds. It is not yet known whether the appeals of the housing and utilities department were taken into account and to what extent. In the comments, activists and residents of the city express indignation at the fact that if there are insufficient funds to eliminate municipal and other problems of the city, the chairman and the city authorities receive large bonuses for "good" work.
