In social networks, residents of the city of Rubezhnoye began to post photos with overflowing garbage cans. The reports accuse local authorities of not solving the issue of timely removal of solid household waste (MSW). On the part of local authorities, the situation was commented on by Deputy Mayor D. Konov. He noted that the city council plans to carry out a number of measures to stabilize the situation (purchase of a garbage truck, improvement of tank sites, as well as creation of decent working conditions for Public Utilities). He considers the lack of equipment and its unsatisfactory technical condition to be the cause of the problem. Now it was decided to take out garbage every two days. Although this is contrary to the norms (1 time a day).
