Unauthorized landfill with chemical waste near residential buildings

Local residents suggested that it was the Krasitel chemical plant that brought toxic chemicals from the warehouse. In one of the stories on local television, one of the residents of Smirnova street, who worked at this plant in the past, noted that he had seen these containers in the company's warehouse. Also, another resident of the street voiced her assumption to journalists. She believes that the composition of toxic chemicals was bought by a tile manufacturing company and it was they who exported chemicals. On the fact of violations, complaints were filed to the police from residents of the street and from the Environmental Service, and an investigation was launched. It should be noted that according to the law, the city authorities (the Permanent Commission for the management of unattended waste of the Rubezhansky City Council) should eliminate the landfill, but so far the chemicals have not been removed. The representative of the city council motivated the lack of action by the fact that they are waiting for an order from the environmental Inspectorate.
