From the speech of the press secretary of the patrol police department, it can be concluded that both men were detained for using obscene language in a public city, which was regarded as a violation of public peace. Studying the comments on social networks, it can be stated that the reaction of the population is the same regarding the methods of detention and is sharply negative. But regarding the intersection on yellow, opinions were divided into two parts. Some consider this a violation and support the police in imposing fines. Others – that it is impossible to draw conclusions on those fragments of the record that is available on the network. And the driver claims that he completed the maneuver, which is not a violation of traffic rules.

But witnesses claim that the sound signal was turned on for a few seconds after the collision. The population also expresses negative assessments on this issue. Comments under FB posts regarding these events consist of many stories of violations of the law and abuse of authority by the patrol police.
