Conflict with Severodonetsk CHPP, regarding poor-quality heating

Heat Supply Services in Severodonetsk are provided to subscribers by two institutions. Now there is a conflict between residents of the city and the Severodonetsk CHPP regarding the lack of heating, as well as the poor quality of services. Starting from the end of November and until today, heat is not supplied to residential buildings and municipal institutions (kindergartens, schools, hospitals) in some parts of the city. The reason is a gust of two collectors, as well as outdated utility systems, as well as a negligent attitude to maintenance work on heating systems in the off-season period. It was also noted that in some houses, as a result of the accident, there is also no water supply. It was noted that the problem with heating for CHPP subscribers occurs every year. But now it has acquired even greater proportions. Residents of Severodonetsk noted that in the spring and summer period, emergency crews and repairmen of the CHPP do not work, so no surveys of heating networks are carried out. And since September, when preparations for the heating season begin, it is simply impossible to carry out the necessary work, given the number of employees of the institution. As an example of the lack of planned work to prepare for the heating season, it was given: in one of the houses there was an emergency situation regarding a porous heating supply pipe. Emergency services put a yoke, after a while, as a result of new gusts – two more clamps. This method of solving the problem is temporary and required replacing the pipe in the off-season period. The situation occurred last heating season. But so far, no work has been carried out. Residents of the city applied to the supplier and other municipal institutions of the city, but the issue is not only not resolved, but, in most cases, there is no way to contact the public utilities or the answer does not make sense. Residents also noted that they face rudeness when making appeals. Some activists wrote statements to the police and appealed to the chairman of the CAA A. Stryuk and left appeals online and on the hotline of the Ministry of Housing and communal services of Ukraine. After the media was involved in the conflict, communication began between government officials, public utilities and victims. And also more actively began to carry out repair work, say residents of the city of Severodonetsk. Representatives of the Severodonetsk CHPP report that they are working to eliminate the accident and plan to start heating in the near future. City and regional authorities also comment that they are monitoring the course of the conflict and are trying to help eliminate the accident and overcome its consequences. But activist Viktoria Yartseva noted that the chairman of the CAA did not fulfill his promise that on the specified day public utilities would arrive to the residents of House 5A on Gvardeyskaya Street to draw up acts of property damage as a result of the accident. Subscribers of the Severodonetsk CHPP are also outraged by the lack of opportunities to solve the problem on their own. It was noted that the installation of autonomous heating is impossible without unofficial financial remuneration to certain officials. However, they refused to give a name or institution. Posts of dissatisfaction with local authorities and utilities are spreading on social networks. They also record other gusts of heating networks – "burning fountains from the ground".
