Until December 31, the hospital was under the control of the Bakhmut District Council. In April 2020, the National Health Service (which pays salaries to doctors in a number of packages) gave a 6-month period to our hospital and set a number of conditions, one of which is 2 anesthesiologists in the state. This condition has not yet been met. Since October 1, the National Health Service has stopped funding until this condition is met for one, the largest, package (for about half a million UAH). This is the salary of doctors. It is clear that we will not be able to pay for this with our budget (Severskaya ah — ed.).
