Protests of residents of the city of Slavyansk against disconnecting boiler houses from gas supply

1. violation of PJSC "Donetskoblgaz" of the memorandum concluded by the Government of Ukraine, NJSC "Naftogaz of Ukraine", the All-Ukrainian Association of local self-government bodies,NCRE on the ban on raising tariffs for heat energy and hot water supply for the population and the termination of gas supply to boiler houses of OKP "Donetskteplokommunenergo".

2.Lack of a stable gas price for thermal energy producers on the market, as a result of which heat supply companies do not have time to set economically reasonable tariffs for thermal energy.

3.lack of a clear mechanism for regulating prices and tariffs for thermal energy in the context of monthly changes in gas prices.

4. lack of a mechanism for compensating the costs of heat generating enterprises for established uneconomical reasonable costs for the production of heat energy from the state budget.

5. lack of authority of central authorities and civil-military administrations ( including regional ones) for private companies.

6. lack of control and responsibility mechanisms for strategically important private companies in the energy sector.

7. political bias of private companies in the energy sector.

8.demonstration of the influence of political forces that own shares in private companies in the energy sector on the situation in the region.
