In June of this year, a project to provide administrative services using the mobile CAA, which is implemented jointly by the Mariupol City Council and the UNDP, starts its activity. According to the schedule, the mobile Tspau car will run among 3 rural communities that, according to the Decentralization Reform, became part of the AH with the Center in Mariupol. These are the Pokrovskaya, Berdyansk and Staro-Krymskaya village councils. The place of providing administrative services is defined as the Centers of these communities, respectively, the car of the Mobile Central Administrative District reaches the village, connects to the wired internet and the power grid, and everything seems to be fine, citizens register in advance and come to receive services on subsidies, pension provision, land issues, declarations, etc. The Berdyansk village council includes 4 villages: Agrobaza, Prigorodnoye, Shevchenko and Priazovskoye. The distance from Priazovsky to Berdyansk is about 10 km., there is no direct connection. Residents of the village of Priazovskoye need to go by train to Mariupol, by public transport around the city and again by commuter service to Berdyansk to receive administrative services through the Mobile Central Administrative District. The cost of such travel will be approximately 80 UAH. in short, after receiving administrative services, it will be possible to get to the Central Administrative District in Mariupol, but it is not more convenient.
