Problem with medical support and transport links in the village of Krasnaya Talovka

Local residents say that the premises of the local outpatient clinic have not been repaired for almost 50 years. Apart from cosmetic repairs, nothing was done. It should be noted that today the building's bricks are falling off, the roof is leaking, the heating system is broken, there is no sewerage and water supply, and patients have to use the outdoor toilet in any weather and time of year. It should be noted that for local residents, the outpatient clinic is of great importance. The population of the village is mostly made up of elderly people who often go to the doctor. It became known from open sources that this year the Charity Foundation "Proliska" plans to carry out repairs in the outpatient clinic and, possibly, update medical equipment. It is also worth noting the problem with access to medicines under the Affordable Medicines Program. Currently, the local pharmacy does not have the technical ability to connect to the program – there is no access to high-quality internet. Therefore, in order to use the program, patients need to go to the nearest cities of Stanytsia Luhanska or Belovodsk. But this is difficult to do, because you need to get to these localities on your own. The village has no transport links even to the district center.
