The problem of unsatisfactory state of storm sewers in Mariupol

Due to climate change, Ukraine has a common problem of storm sewers for all cities. So, not for the first time, after the rains that rained for several days, almost all districts of the city were affected. Basements of apartment buildings were flooded, traffic stopped on some streets of the city, and shops and pharmacies suffered material losses due to flooded warehouses. The city authorities emphasize that the problem appeared not because of the state of polluted storm sewers, but because of excessive precipitation, for which the city was not ready. However, residents of the community believe that it is polluted storm sewers that cause the "flooding" of the city.
