MonitorFor several years in a row, the central square of the village of Novoaydar has been an architectural mess. Part of the Square has been repaired, but part remains in potholes, the steps are crumbling, there are almost no green spaces. In summer, the existing green spaces burn out without watering. From the point of view of residents, local authorities do nothing but adjust the estimated documentation every year. The issue of delaying the reconstruction of the Square was repeatedly raised by the population of the community in social networks and ridiculed by the leadership of the village council.
19 серпня 2021 року відбулась діалогова зустріч посередників ГІСМАОВК з представниками Новоайдарської селищної територіальної громади.
Спеціаліст відділу ЖКГ, благоустрою та комунальної власності зазначив, що більшість робіт по реконструкції площі виконано, висаджено квіти, поливом займається Новоайдарське СКП, цього року завершено вкладання плитки на площі. Як було зазначено: "Все робиться в межах черговості аби уникнути просадки бюджету". Паралельно з реконструкцією площі ще відбуваються відновні роботи в місцевому парку.
Визначили, що питання реконструкції центральної площі в Новоайдарі знаходиться під контролем місцевої влади та роботи з благоустрою площі ведуться постійно відповідно запланованого графіку робіт.
