Uglepromtrans LLC is involved in the process of privatization of the railway track, transport and infrastructure complex, which is due to be completed in April, but the Ministry of energy artificially slows down the completion of privatization and the transfer of assets of the integrity of the property complex to the enterprise. The situation is complicated by the fact that the CEC lease agreement for Uglepromtrans LLC ends on April 24, after which the company will simply not be able to work and 400 employees of the enterprise will be left without work. Also, Uglepromtrans LLC is the largest taxpayer to the local budget.
