Вважаю, що ця проблема має передумови громадського конфлікту, так як є недовіра до одного з органів державної влади- місцевого осередку Національної поліції . Або йде мова про поодинокі випадки неякісної роботи місцевої поліції. Або періодична недбалість працівників поліції до виконання своїх обов'язків… Або це системна бездіяльність місцевої поліції як можливий факт кришування кримінального бізнесу з розповсюдження наркотиків
