On 09.06.2021, a working meeting of GISMAECR intermediaries and a representative of the VOLNOVAKHA CAA — head of the housing and utilities department-was held in an online format.

During the meeting, they discussed the current state and relevance of the registered situations by the GISMAOVK system in the Volnovakha AH, namely::

On these issues, we have developed possible ways to solve them and further steps of interaction between the Volnovakha ah and the GISMAECR system, namely::

1. Regarding the problem of sanitary condition of basements of apartment buildings, the representative of the city government noted the need and relevance of assistance in organizing a round table in a dialogue format with the expert community in providing high-quality water supply and sanitation services.
2. Regarding the problem of the decline of the village of Trudovoe, they identified the need to interact with representatives of the local community about problems with homeless animals in the village, exchange experience with other communities in the region with similar problems, and the possibility of involving local members of the public in events on these issues in order to exchange experience.
3. Regarding the problem of child safety due to the lack of street lighting and warning signs on the way to kindergarten, we identified the need to hold a dialogue meeting with parents of children and local residents to discuss and resolve the issue of safe movement of children and parents on the way to kindergarten with the assistance of the GISMAOVK network of intermediaries.

In addition, at the meeting, the representative of the CAA M. Volnovakha noted the importance and necessity of the GISMAOVK system, because a systematic and integrated approach to dealing with conflict situations and problems is now extremely necessary to reduce conflict in communities and establish interaction between the authorities and society.
