A dialogue meeting on the outpatient clinic in the village of Smolyaninovo was held
The meeting was held in an online format for facilitation of the process by gismaovk intermediaries with the participation of the deputy head of the Severodonetsk city military-civil administration of the Severodonetsk District of the Luhansk region — T. A. Verkhovskaya. The event was also attended by the general director of KNP «Severodonetsk primary health care center» and the headman of the Smolyaninovsky starostinsky District of the Severodonetsk city territorial community.
The meeting discussed the problematic situation that was zamepingovana on the map of conflicts GISMAOVK and ways to solve it, namely: the issue of establishing medical care for the population in a room equipped for this purpose in the village of Smolyaninovo.
During the meeting, it was noted that the leadership of the Severodonetsk CAA controls this issue and, together with responsible performers, takes all necessary measures to speed up the establishment of medical care for the population in the premises equipped for this purpose in the village of Smolyaninovo.
Now the procedure for accepting and transferring the outpatient clinic building to the communal ownership of the Severodonetsk city territorial community from the common ownership of territorial communities, villages, towns, cities of the Novoaydarsky District of the Luhansk region continues.due to the long duration of the registration process itself, there is a delay in opening the outpatient clinic premises.
In addition, during the discussion, it was found out that a number of problematic issues have already been resolved. For example, the issue of employment of a family doctor after leaving the hospital has been resolved, with whom an employment agreement will be concluded with KNP «Severodonetsk primary health care center» to serve residents of not only the village of Smolyaninovoa and nearby villages that do not have outpatient clinics-Alexandrovka, Gavrilovka and Chabanovka.
Following the meeting, we decided to meet additionally to clarify the state of progress in resolving the situation in the second decade of July.
