In Toretsk, the situation with the Territorial Center for Social Services was discussed
The meeting is devoted to the topic: «discussion of the situation regarding the adjacent territory of the municipal institution „territorial Center for social services (provision of social services)“ of the Toretsk city CAA of the Bakhmut District of Donetsk region». The head of the municipal institution «territorial Center for social services (provision of social services)» of the Toretsk city CAA of the Bakhmut District of the Donetsk region" noted that the registration of the adjacent territory is necessary to solve the issue of safety of the elderly and persons with disabilities, comfort and organization of walks. The parties analyzed and decided on the steps for registration of the land plot and further plan for installing the fence. Authorized representatives of the relevant departments of the Toretsk city CAA of the Bakhmut District of Donetsk region agreed on the need to re-register the land plot and provided assistance in analyzing the relevant documents. The parties also discussed other urgent needs of the institution and elderly people, people with disabilities, the possibility of cooperation and involvement in their solution of the intermediaries of GISMAOVC and the United Nations peace reconstruction and Development Program (UN RPP). Moreover, the institution came under public monitoring of the inclusivity analysis, which was recently carried out in cooperation with UN RPP by inclusive public advisers on the recommendation of the Department of social protection of the population of the Donetsk regional state administration in the recommended communities of the Donetsk region (as we wrote here: http://ndo.lg.ua/news/727-chym-zakinchylysya-dialo...).
The parties identified the necessary steps, requests to start the procedure for initiating the re-registration of the adjacent land plot for granting the right to permanent use to the municipal institution «territorial Center for social services (provision of social services) of the Toretsk city CAA of the Bakhmut District of Donetsk region for servicing the elderly and persons with disabilities, and also drew attention to the need to involve intermediaries of the GISMAOVK in this process. On September 03, 2021, together with the intermediaries of GISMAOVK, representatives of the institution submitted relevant applications for re-registration of the land plot in the Toretsk city military-civil administration of the Bakhmut District of Donetsk region.
All participants of the dialogue meeting noted the positive dynamics of the dialogue and noted that the meeting was constructive and interesting.
The dialogue meeting was held by gismaovc mediators within the framework of the UN program for the restoration and development of peace.
