Вся робота нашої спільноти: аналітиків конфлікту, експертів, радників та посередників – це замкнутий цикл роботи з вирішення конфліктів. ГІСМАОВК – дійсно унікальна й самодостатня система.

Але при цьому долучитися і стати тим, хто покращує ситуацію з конфліктами в Україні, може кожен!

Як це працює і чому цьому інструменту можна довіряти?

Геоінформаційна система моніторингу, аналізу, оцінки та вирішення конфліктів (ГІСМАОВК) – це замкнутий цикл роботи над конфлікт-кейсами: від виявлення, зазначення, аналізу до оцінки та організації роботи.

Де ми беремо необхідну інформацію для такої потужної багатогранної діяльності?

На початку створення ГІСМАОВК до роботи з конфліктами були долучені лише регіональні посередники з Луганської та Донецької областей. Всього було 13 медіаторів та фасилітаторів діалогу. А сьогодні система працює майже по всій Україні.

Мережа посередників ГІСМАОВК є напрямком системи, яка опікується процедурою врегулювання чи трансформації конфліктів. Учасники Мережі – це медіатори, фасилітатори діалогу та посередники в конфліктах. 

ГІСМАОВК було створено в 2019 році. З 2022 року система є напрямком діяльності Центру Права та Посередництва. На сьогоднішній день, це – найбільша стала система закритого циклу по роботі з конфліктами на всіх рівнях.

Дата та час: 29 квітня - 25 червня 2024 року онлайн (через Zoom та онлайн платформу).

Цільова аудиторія: представники/-ці органів місцевого самоврядування, органів місцевої влади, органів публічної влади, інститутів громадянського суспільства (ГО, ГС, БФ), які стикаються в своїй роботі з конфліктами в громаді.

Географія учасників/-ць: представники/-ці Дніпропетровської, Донецької, Запорізької, Луганської, Миколаївської, Полтавської, Харківської, Херсонської та Чернігівської областей. 

Мережа аналітиків та моніторів ініціативи ГІСМАОВК — це добре вивірена та вибудована структура, що забезпечує системі: 

— обґрунтованість та доказовість,

— анонімність і конфіденційність,

— усебічність (врахування всіх можливих факторів, що можуть впливати)

— безсторонність (незаангажованість)

20 лютого 2024 року в Кременчуці пройшла зустріч Робочої групи з громадської безпеки та відновлення цієї громади, куди було запрошено представників ініціативи «Геоінформаційна система моніторингу, аналізу, оцінки та вирішення конфліктів» (ГІСМАОВК).

Цей рік в ГІСМАОВК означений щільною взаємодією з робочими групами з громадської безпеки та відновлення. 16.02.2024 команда проєкту була запрошена до участі в засіданні робочої групи м.Полтава.

Впродовж лютого-березня 2024 року ГІСМАОВК / GISMAECR була представлена в декількох територіальних громадах Херсонської області.

Цей курс призначався медіаторам, фасилітаторам діалогу та посередникам у вирішенні конфліктів Дніпропетровської, Запорізької, Миколаївської, Полтавської, Харківської, Херсонської та Чернігівської областей, що планували б працювати з конфліктами, які визначені Геоінформаційною системою моніторингу, аналізу, оцінки та вирішення конфліктів (ГІСМАОВК).

Продовжується набір учасників та учасниць на онлайн-тренінг «Моніторинг конфліктів» та «Первинний зріз конфліктності громад» для локальних моніторів, а також за участю представників РГГБСЗ\РГГБВ Дніпропетровської, Донецької, Запорізької, Луганської, Миколаївської, Полтавської, Харківської, Херсонської, Чернігівської областей, які планують працювати з мережею Геоінформаційної системи моніторингу, аналізу, оцінки та вирішення конфліктів (ГІСМАОВК)».

On December 20, 2023, representatives of the GISMAOVK took part in the meeting of the Working Group on Public Safety and Restoration of the Shchastyn Urban Territorial Community.

Під час Круглих столів представники ГІСМАОВК розкривають громадам, що виходять на новий рівень роботи з конфліктами, можливості співпраці та корисні пропозиції.

Координаторки та керівниці ГІСМАОВК представляли роботу системи представникам громадського сектору, органів державної влади та місцевого самоврядування, медикам, співробітникам закладів соціальної роботи та освіти, представникам ДСНС та поліції Чернігівської області.

We are pleased to announce the launch of the project "Functioning and implementation of GISMAECR in the communities of Dnipropetrovsk, Donetsk, Zaporizhia, Ivano-Frankivsk, Luhansk, Lviv, Kharkiv, Chernivtsi regions", which is being implemented by the NGO "Center for law and mediation".

In the publication, the experiment team aims to reveal the main components of the work "Geoinformation system for monitoring, analyzing, evaluating conflicts" (hereinafter abbreviated as GISMAOVK), which led to success and the technology of organizing the process of which can now exist as a unique and unified system of a closed circle for working with conflicts and problems, as well as situations that can lead to their appearance and not only from the moment of identifying and organizing work to prevent and prevent escalation, but also Solutions.

Such a mobile stove now works for more than 250 people in one of the blocks of the city of Severodonetsk among high-rise buildings that continue to be destroyed by shells to the aggressor. It provides an opportunity to boil water and prepare hot food, organize drying things and heating.

NGO "Prostir Foundation" continues to implement the grant project" introduction of innovative mechanisms of GISMAOVK at the community level " within the framework of the UN program for the restoration and development of peace with the financial support of the European Union and reorients activities that are not currently possible to carry out in selected communities of Donetsk and Luhansk regions under martial law in such a way that it was useful to communities. 

February 18-the final five-day dialogue "marathon" in the city of Mangush, Donetsk region specialists of the Geoinformation system for monitoring, analysis, assessment and conflict resolution (GISMAOVC) and the Ministry of integration, which took place thanks to the UN program for the restoration and development of peace in 7 communities of the Luhansk and Donetsk regions, who became pilots of the UNDP-supported special project of the NGO "Foundation "space" called "introduction of innovative mechanisms of GISMAOVC at the community level".

Their goal is to strengthen social cohesion through the introduction of modern methods of dealing with conflicts, testing practices for analyzing conflicts and developing a system for responding to them. Specialized specialists actively discuss the diverse experience of resolving conflicts in a peaceful way, in particular through the organization of Group dialogue processes.

Representatives of the Ministry of regional integration and specialists of the State Migration Service of Ukraine, within the framework of cooperation with the United Nations program for the restoration and development of peace, are holding round tables in Donetsk and Luhansk regions on February 14-18. Their goal is to strengthen social cohesion through the introduction of modern methods of dealing with conflicts, testing practices for analyzing conflicts and developing a system for responding to them.

Round tables on the topic: "methods and methods of dealing with conflicts: the experience of the Ministry for the reintegration of temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine, specialists of GISMAOVK and their partners" will be held on schedule.

According to the expert mentor on Conflict Analysis of the GISMAOVC system, in the first month of 2022, during January, 38 reports were received, which were analyzed and of which 8 did not pass the analysis of media usability and piloting of conflict early warning mechanisms.

As usual, the public of Luhansk region has made a lot of efforts to develop a new regional target program for the development of civil society for 2022-2026 in the Lguan region.

On November 15, 2021, a dialogue meeting was held with the participation of representatives of the Luhansk regional state administration, district state administrations, representatives of justice and public leaders who are members of the Advisory Council on social unity under the United Nations program for the restoration and development of peace. The program of the meeting was devoted to the development of a regional program for the development of civil society in the Luhansk region.

16 mediators-public figures from Zaporizhia, Donetsk and Luhansk regions-have improved their skills in the field of regional mediation in the framework of the specialized online course "peaceful methods of conflict resolution: mediation, negotiations and dialogue".

On October 20, 2021, gismaovc intermediaries organized an expert meeting for representatives of Cherkasy TG and public organizations. The expert meeting is dedicated to the topic: "The estate of landowner A. Bantysh in the village of Prelesnoye: cooperation with the public and opportunities for tourism development". 

On October 18, 2021, a dialogue meeting was held in the format of a round table to discuss an integrated approach to solving issues related to the sustainable provision of high-quality drinking water to settlements of the Chernihiv territorial community with the participation of the leadership of the Chernihiv village council, an expert in the public services sector, in particular drinking water supply and sanitation, the DESPRO project "support for decentralization in Ukraine" (2014-2021) Olena Kozlyuk and intermediaries of GISMAOVK.

On October 8, 2021, Pokrovsk hosted the event "Dialogue approach for security in society", with the participation of representatives of the Pokrovsky District Police Department, the Pokrovsky City Council, the Pokrovsky District State Administration, public organizations and intermediaries of the GISMAOVK.

The environmental campaign in the village of Dovga Balka (Ilinovskaya AH, Kramatorsk district) was held with the support of gismaovk intermediaries in partnership with local authorities, businesses and representatives of the socially active and responsible population of the community.

On September 10, 2021, in the village of Cherkassk, the second dialogue meeting of GISMAOVK intermediaries with representatives of public organizations, the branch "Center for construction and installation works and operation of buildings and structures" of JSC "Ukrainian railway", representatives of the Cherkasy ah, the Department of culture and tourism of the Donetsk regional state administration was held. On September 9, in the village of Kirillovka, Zaporizhia region, a dialogue meeting of GISMAOVK intermediaries was held with representatives of the Kirillovsky village council, the director of the Municipal Enterprise “Vodokanal” of the Melitopol City Council, the head of the Municipal Guard Department, representatives of the community and public organizations. The purpose of the meeting was to discuss the situation that has developed around the shutdown of water supply during the holiday season in the village of Kirillovka, which is mapped on the platform "Geoinformation system for monitoring, analysis, assessment and conflict resolution" in Donetsk, Zaporizhia and Luhansk regions.

On 06.09.2021, in the village of Dovga Balka, Donetsk region, a dialogue meeting of GISMAOVK intermediaries with representatives of the Ilinovskaya village council and village elders of the Ilinovskaya AH, Donetsk region, was held. The purpose of the meeting was to update and discuss the current problematic and conflict situations of the Ilinovskaya AH mapped on the GISMAOVK platform www.dialog-ua.org.

On September 03, 2021, a dialogue meeting of GISMAOVK intermediaries was held with authorized persons of the municipal institution "territorial Center for social services (provision of social services)" of the Toretsk city CAA of the Bakhmut District of the Donetsk region and representatives of the relevant departments of the Toretsk city military-civil administration of the Bakhmut District of the Donetsk region.

On September 3, 2021, a dialogue meeting of GISMAOVK intermediaries was held with the management of the housing and communal Services Department of the Lisichansk city CAA, the head of the Lisichansk municipal Motor Transport Enterprise 032985 and the head of the Municipal enterprise Lisichansk housing and maintenance Office No. 5.

On August 30 and 31, 2021, GISMAOVK intermediaries held working meetings with the leadership of the Novoaydar settlement territorial community of the Luhansk region. 

The meeting discussed problematic issues and existing conflicts of the Svyatogorsk community, which are mapped on the GISMAOVK platform. In particular, they jointly discussed the state of a number of problematic issues, such as: the problem with the closure of a kindergarten in Svyatogorsk and the threat of an environmental catastrophe in connection with shale gas production in Svyatogorsk.

On August 19, 2021, GISMAOVK intermediaries met with the leadership and representatives of the Novoaydar settlement territorial community of the Luhansk region in the village of Novoaydar.

The meeting discussed the problematic situations of the Novoaydar community, which were replaced by the Geoinformation system for monitoring, analyzing, evaluating and resolving conflicts in the framework of working with problematic situations and conflicts, their relevance and current state, ways to solve them.

On August 17, 2021, in an online format, a dialogue meeting of GISMAOVK intermediaries with representatives of the Shchastya city military-civil administration of the Shchastya District of the Luhansk region was held.

The second practical module "new tools for Conflict Analysis and monitoring, international practice of early detection, response and Prevention of conflicts" comprehensive training of local analysts "analytical component of the resource "GISMAOVK", the purpose of which is to train a team of local analysts, providing them with basic knowledge necessary for collecting, analyzing and describing conflicts in the Geoinformation system for monitoring, analyzing, evaluating and resolving conflicts "GISMAOVK".

20 people spent two days, on August 9 and 10, studying at the training "methods of collecting and analyzing conflicts for analysts of the conflict resolution system (GISMAOVK)" in an online format.

On July 30, 2021, a dialogue meeting of GISMAOVK intermediaries was held with representatives of the branch "Center for construction and installation works and operation of buildings and structures" of JSC "Ukrainian railway", representatives of the Cherkasy ah, the Department of culture and tourism of the Donetsk regional state administration.

On July 29, 2021, a dialogue meeting was held with the participation of representatives of the authorities of the Belovodsk ah, the State Enterprise "horse breeding of Ukraine", the Ministry of economy of Ukraine and intermediaries of GISMAOVK.

On July 26, 2021, a dialogue meeting was held in the village of Svistunovka, Svatovsky district, with the participation of government representatives, local residents, representatives of farms and intermediaries of the GISMAOVK network. The program of the meeting was devoted to "the problem of pig farm activity in the village of Svistunovka". 

On July 23, 2021, an interregional dialogue meeting was held with the participation of representatives of local authorities, public organizations from the Luhansk and Donetsk regions and intermediaries of the GISMAOVK. The program of the meeting was devoted to the topic "Discussion of the problem of homeless animals in Luhansk and Donetsk regions". The meeting was attended by Slavyansk, Svatovskaya, Lisichansk, Volnovakha, Mirnograd, Druzhkovskaya, Milovskaya and Popasnyansky communities

On July 21, 2021, a dialogue meeting of GISMAOVK intermediaries was held with representatives of the relevant departments - education and architecture, the head of the housing and communal Services Department of the military-civil administration of Volnovakha and a representative of the community of the parent committee of preschool educational institution No. 48 on the topic of the meeting "Discussion of the situation that has developed regarding street lighting and warning signs near the kindergarten on Shevchenko Street in Volnovakha".

On July 20, 2021, in an online format, a dialogue meeting of gismaovk intermediaries with representatives of the Severodonetsk city military - civil administration was held, with the participation of Deputy Head of the Severodonetsk city CAA – Tatyana Aleksandrovna Verkhovskaya, acting head of the Department of urban planning and architecture of the Department of land management, urban planning and architecture, chief architect - Andrey Yegorov, acting head of the Department of land management, urban planning and architecture - Kutsia Taras Petrovich,head of the Department of Housing and communal services-Anton A. On July 15, 2021, a dialogue meeting of gismaovc intermediaries was held in Lisichansk, which dealt with the creation of a barrier-free environment and kindergartens.

The school ended with a basic mediation course that lasted 90 hours on the ZOOM and Google-class platforms and successfully ended with a three-day workshop in Zaporozhye on the second of July.

On June 23, 2021, a dialogue meeting of GISMAOVK intermediaries with representatives of relevant departments of the Kramatorsk City Council was held. The meeting discussed problematic issues and existing conflicts of the city of Kramatorsk, which are mapped to GISMAOVK.

On June 22, 2021, a dialogue meeting of gismaovk mediators was held in the Lisichansk City Council. We discussed the problems of accessibility of Inclusive Transport in the city, the unsatisfactory state of electric transport in the city, the quality of Transportation on the Route Lisichansk - Severodonetsk, recorded on the GISMAOVK web resource.

On June 17, 2021, a dialogue meeting was held on the topic: "discussion of issues related to the sustainable operation of the outpatient clinic of general practice of Family Medicine in the village of Smolyaninovo".

During the meeting of the intermediaries of GISMAECR and the representative of the CAA of Volnovakha, problematic issues that are covered by the system were discussed.

19.05.2021 року представники мережі посередників програми ГІСМАОВК долучилися до Робочої групи з громадської безпеки та соціальної згуртованості м. Вугледар, створеної як інструмент мобілізації громад та започатковані ПРООН у 2017 році в межах діяльності Програми ООН із відновлення та розбудови миру, з метою об’єднання зусиль для підвищення рівня громадської безпеки та соціальної згуртованості на території, що зазнала впливу збройного конфлікту.

19.05.2021 року представники мережі посередників програми ГІСМАОВК долучилися до робочої групи з громадської безпеки та соціальної згуртованості м. Волноваха. Метою створення якої є: визначення проблем міста з безпеки та шляхів їх вирішення, обговорення результатів роботи поліції, ознайомлення населення зі статистичними даними, координація діяльності спільних проектів по взаємодії, обговорення питань з метою налагодження тісної співпраці між владою, громадськістю та бізнесом.

18 травня 2021 року в Авдіївці відбулось засідання Робочої групи з громадської безпеки та соціальної згуртованості, до якого онлайн доєдналися і представники ГІСМАОВК.

14 травня 2021 року відбулась зустріч посередників ГІСМАОВК та представників Новгородської селищної ради в онлайн-форматі. На зустрічі обговорили проблемне питання смт. Новгородське, яке мепінговане на мапі конфліктів ГІСМАОВК.

13 травня 2021 року відбулась зустріч посередників ГІСМАОВК з представницею Робочої групи з громадської безпеки та соціальної згуртованості м.Дружківка. На зустрічі обговорили проблемні питання та існуючі конфлікти Дружківської громади, які мепінговані на ГІСМАОВК.

Представники ГІСМАОРК відвідали мобільні діалогові майданчики серії вуличних заходів «Галерея успішних практик та новітніх ідей покращення соціальної єдності громад на сході України» в рамках роботи Програми ООН із відновлення та розбудови миру.

Посередники зустрілись з Головою Донецької обласної організації інвалідів ВО ГО СОІУ Надією Поламарчук та з директором ДП «СКРЦ «Слов’янський курорт» Наталією Солохою. В зустрічі також прийняв участь Олександр Вознюк від ГО «Спілка адвокатів м. Київ» та ВГОІ "Правозахисна спілка інвалідів".

29 квітня 2021 року відбулась зустріч посередників ГІСМАОВК та представників Міловської селищної ради в онлайн-форматі. На зустрічі обговорили проблемні питання та існуючі конфлікти Міловської громади, які мепінговані на ГІСМАОВК.

29 квітня 2021 року відбулась зустріч посередників ГІСМАОВК та представників Біловодської ОТГ в онлайн-форматі. На зустрічі  обговорили поточні справи мепінгу конфліктів громади на ГІСМАОВК.

Зокрема, що стосується стану справ щодо ДП «Конярство України» на території Біловодської ОТГ. Прийняли ряд поточних рішень, у тому числі по створенню окремої публічної Робочої групи з цих питань на базі Біловодської ОТГ. 

Представники Біловодської ОТГ клопотали щодо експертної допомоги посередників ГІСМАОРК з організації ряду спільних консультативних онлайн-засідань Робочої групи разом з представниками відповідних установ національного рівня.

26 квітня на координаційній зустрічі мережі посередників ГІСМАОВК обговорювали питання координації діяльності мережі. З 2021 року на підставі аналізу роботи ГІСМАРК та мережі посередників в минулому році, вже обговорювались питання зміни менеджменту процесу координації.

Онлайн-тренінг "Інструменти ефективної роботи онлайн в умовах COVID-19"  відбувся 25-28 серпня для посередників ГІСМАОВК.  Навичка фасилітації онлайн-зустрічей та діалогів у теперішніх умовах ізоляції,  стає необхідною професійною складовою та визначає успішність спеціалістів різних напрямків роботи. Якщо раніше була можливість провести зустріч "віч навіч", в офісах, чи в кав’ярнях, то під час карантину всі робочі обговорення відбуваються виключно онлайн. 

Network Intermediaries GISMAECR as 06.07.2020 includes 26 professional mediators (mediators and facilitators of dialogue) with different level of competences. In 2019 to the Network consisted of 13 intermediaries, in 2020 the Network was also supplemented by another 13 intermediaries.

Розпочався триденний онлайн-тренінг «Методи збору, аналізу та описання конфліктів для аналітиків Геоінформаційної системи моніторингу, аналізу, оцінки та вирішення конфліктів (ГІСМАОВК)» для 30 осіб, по 15 з Донецької та Луганської областей), яки буде продовжуватися до 22 травня 2020 року.

Програма ООН із відновлення та розбудови миру оголошує набір учасників на участь в онлайн-тренінгу «Професіоналізація в сфері мирних методів у вирішенні конфліктів. 23 квітня зібралась члени Консультативної ради з питань соціальної єдності при UN RPP (скорочено по тексту - Радники) щоб обговорити свою функцію в експерименті ГІСМАОВК (Геоінформаційна система моніторингу, аналізу, оцінки та вирішення конфліктів). Як звісно, функція Радників – голосувати за конфлікти, які з’являються на мепінгу веб ресурсу ГІСМАОВК, після чого з’являється пріоритизація конфліктів, яка лягає в основу роботи мережі посередників ГІСМАОВК.

Кабінет Міністрів України схвалив проєкт Закону України «Про медіацію», яким визначаються правові засади та порядок проведення медіації в Україні.

«Законопроєкт матиме позитивний вплив для сторін конфлікту, адже дозволить скоротити строки розгляду справ та зменшити їхні витрати на розгляд справи. З другого боку, запропоновані ініціативи допоможуть зменшити навантаження на суди, а також підвищити кількість добровільно виконуваних судових рішень», - зазначив Денис Малюська

8 квітня зібралась команда аналітиків експерименту ГІСМАОВК (Геоінформаційна система моніторингу, аналізу, оцінки та вирішення конфліктів) та обговорила ряд питань стосовно механізму подачі даних про наявні конфлікти. 

Презентація напрацювань команди експерименту ГІСМАОВК відбулась на спеціальній нараді з керівництвом та експертами Програми розвитку ООН (UNDP) та Програми ООН із відновлення та розбудови миру (UN RPP).

4 квітня зібралась команда мережі посередників експерименту ГІСМАОВК (Геоінформаційна система моніторингу, аналізу, оцінки та вирішення конфліктів) та обговорила ряд організаційних питань щодо своєї роботи.

Учасники «Медіація. Базовий курс. Харків», серед яких 4 представника Луганської та Донецької областей, які працюють в регіональній мережі посередників експерименту «Створення Геоінформаційної системи моніторингу, аналізу, оцінки і вирішення конфліктів» Програми ООН із відновлення та розбудови миру, підвищують свою кваліфікацію і дуже натхненні новим потоком знань і новими знайомствами з медіаторами-учасниками профільного навчання в Харкові, дуже креативними, активними і вірять в магію медіації.

19 листопада, Вугледар Донецької області, відвідали спіціалістки, консультантки та посередники в рамках реалізації експерименту «Впровадження практик ефективного вирішення конфліктів через створення постійної геоінформаційної системи моніторингу, аналізу, оцінки і вирішення конфліктів».

18 листопада в Дружківці, що на Донеччині, відбулась зустріч спіціалісток, консультанток та посередників експерименту «Впровадження практик ефективного вирішення конфліктів через створення постійної геоінформаційної системи моніторингу, аналізу, оцінки і вирішення конфліктів» в рамках співпраці із Програмою ООН із відновлення та розбудови миру.

14 листопада в Біловодскій ОТГ (Біловодський район, Луганська область), відбулась зустріч спіціалісток, консультанток та посередників експерименту «Впровадження практик ефективного вирішення конфліктів через створення постійної геоінформаційної системи моніторингу, аналізу, оцінки і вирішення конфліктів» в рамках співпраці із Програмою ООН із відновлення та розбудови миру.

13 листопада в Красноречинській ОТГ (Кремінський район Луганської області), відбулась зустріч спіціалісток, консультанток та посередників експерименту «Впровадження практик ефективного вирішення конфліктів через створення постійної геоінформаційної системи моніторингу, аналізу, оцінки і вирішення конфліктів» в рамках співпраці із Програмою ООН із відновлення та розбудови миру.

13 листопада під час діалогу в ГрінЛабі зібрались посередники та спеціалісти для діалогу про один з конфліктів, що з'явився на мепінгу http://dialog-ua.org/

Протягом 2018-2019 років тривала робота по навчанню, відбору, підвищенню навичок посередництва та організації системної роботи по вирішенню конфліктів для спеціалістів з Донецької та Луганської областей. Тепер мережа сертифікованих медіаторів почала працювати на конфліктами, визначеними системою http://dialog-ua.org/. 

Планування інтервенцій відбулось за виявленими конфліктами "Геоінформаційною системою моніторингу, аналізу, оцінки конфліктів в Луганській та Донецькій областях".  Ця системна робота проводиться за напрямком роботи Програми ООН  із відновлення та розбудови миру під назвою "Громадська безпека та соціальна згуртованість". 

Зустріч зацікавлених аналітиків експретименту «Впровадження практик ефективного вирішення конфліктів через створення постійної геоінформаційної системи моніторингу, аналізу, оцінки і вирішення конфліктів», що поки "пілотується" в Луганській області, але не виключає доєднання бажаючих з Донецької області , відбулась 14-16 серпня в рамках Програми ООН із відновлення та розбудови миру. Небайдужі зібралися та апробували онлайн-інструменти, опрацювали їх на якість подання та спробували моніторити та оцінювати конфлікти.

24-26 липня 2019 року відбулась зустріч членів Консультаційних груп (радників) з питань соціальної єдності Донецької та Луганської областей в межах Програми ООН із відновлення та розбудови миру (далі скорочено UNRPP).
